From inside to outside

Employees are the main face of a company. They are the first ones to buy an idea inside it, and they have to be the firsts to believe it. Otherwise, it doesn’t worth the effort to put it in the market.
What you sell is a projection of what’s going on inside your company.
Do people from inside believe in what they’re selling? Do they believe in the stuff they put into the market?
If you find a No in one of these questions, the company’s selling smoke.
Ideas, first, must be sold inside the company, and afterwards, to the market.
If the company doesn’t believe in it, why should we?
