A kindly reminder before Christmas

As Christmas arrives earlier each year, everybody’s starting to think which presents should buy. Okay, my brother likes this, so I should buy that. But my sister is completely different so I should buy this instead. It’s a process where we decide and customize each present for each one.
Usually, we are accurate with our gifts, and that’s because we know our people. If the gift is for someone really close, you give away a nice present; if it’s someone not too close, we’re not too accurate.
On the other hand, you should know your customers as your own family.
You don’t give away the same present to your mother and your little niece, right?
Today, customization is a must.
If you don’t want to be an average company, treat your customers as they deserve.
The same gift for everybody will make you look mediocre.
