Struggles in the plane

​Right now I’m writing this post in the middle of my flight with Aeroflot. And I can tell you that with a quick glance you can see how the passengers are struggling with their screens.
I’ve seen like 6 people having problems with the user experience of the touch screen. It’s horrible. They touch and touch, but there’s no way to do the action they want.
Is it cheaper to have this horrible experience? I’m not really sure. But what is true is that the frustration will be somehow reminded by the passengers. And when you are cataloged there, it’s terribly complicated to get out.
