One of the things I’m glad I did early on was to register my own domain borjamoya.com. Even though I didn’t publish content until 2 years passed, those 20 bucks per year worth every penny.
What if tomorrow someone just decide to registered putyournamehere.com? What would you do?
You could get any other termination like .net, .co or your country’s variation. But it’s not the same. If you want to position your brand, owning a .com domain makes a difference. It’s easier to remember, then people will reach you easily.
If you still don’t have it, what are you waiting for(!)?
