Damn door

How many times have you tried to open a door by pushing it and it turned out that you had to pull it—or vice versa? More than you can count I bet.
It’s not a big deal… but it’s annoying. Sometimes it’s easy to acknowledge that there’s just a way to open the door, because somebody did a good design. Alas, some places have really bad designs, so every person facing for the first (or second) time that door will go the wrong way.
How about make doors that can be opened by both ways?
There’s a lesson here. Either you make the experience so good and easy that the person changes her behavior and follow your way–or you allow that person to decide her way out
Usually when the experience is not good and you force a particular way, chaos ensues, it’s not a good idea.
