That’s the way to succeed. Or to failure.
You get to decide what words you put in those gaps.
Successful companies underpromise and overdeliver. Well, sometimes they overpromise and overdeliver.
The thing is that they always OVERdeliver.
As you can guess, bad companies not only overpromise,  they also underdeliver.
Brands that last always overpromise. Otherwise they won’t last long, right?
